Yummies: Spa Water~ Soooo Good!

What could be better then clean, fresh, cold water? It is honestly our favorite drink. We have it at every meal. Simple and refreshing. We love it just as it is.

But sometimes when you go to the spa and they have an ice cold pitcher of water flavored with cucumber and lemon.... Well, now that is heaven.
But you don't have to wait around for an expensive trip to the spa to get your "Spa Water", you can make it right at home.

I love nothing more then to fill a pitcher with water and ice, slice up some cucumbers and some lemon and set it in the fridge for just those moments when thirst strikes!

You can infuse your water with pretty much any delicious fruit you can dream of.

Strawberries...

Peaches...
Blueberries....

Maybe even just a handful of mint at the bottom of your pitcher? You can't get much easier then that.

This one looks delicious...

Kiwi-Lime-Mint infused water... So perfect for a back-yard party, even if you are the only guest.

Ingredients6 cups chilled still water or seltzer water
• 12 slices unpeeled cucumbers (thin slices)
• 4 slices limes (thin slices)
• 4 sprigs fresh mint, 2 inches long, slightly crushed

• 2 Kiwis (thin slices)

Sometimes the most simple things in life are the best things in life.

If you are making your own "Spa Water" make sure you wash your fruit before cutting it up... You want to make spa water, not blah water.

Of course you are going to need a pretty pitcher!
Here are a few of our favorites.

Because Miss Me is a mommy... Everything in her house is slowly turning to plastic, that is to say. Why would you ever buy a glass pitcher when you know your 4 year old is just itching to pull it right off the table as soon as you set it down.

Spilled "Spa Water" is one thing.. Bloody little toes, are quite another. So you can imagine how excited she was to see that Pottery Barn has these pretty acrylic drink dispensers!

But for the toddler free homes, or the mothers-who-are-braver-then-I.... This beautiful clear glass pitcher is so classic it hurts.

You can find yours at Williams Sonoma.

Making these delicious infused waters is really so simple, but if you are looking to get a little fancy, or just for some new ideas..
