No Bueno: Insomnia!!



Oh no, no, no!!! 
Not getting enough sleep is super NO BUENO! 


Not only do you feel like a zombie the whole next day, it also may lead to 
weight gain... Yikes! 


Although it is really hard when you suffer from real Insomnia to JUST GO TO BED.. Really hard, here are some helpful hints to keep you rested and fresh.
